β-NADP Monosodium Salt (Oxidized Form), CAS No. 1184-16-3, is the sodium salt form of oxidized nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate and is used as a biochemical cofactor material. The product is supplied as a white or pale yellow crystalline powder and is soluble in water. The current specification includes an HPLC assay of ≥95.0% and HPLC purity of ≥95.0%, together with controls for loss on drying, specific rotation and pH.

Description
β-NADP is the oxidized form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate and functions as a biochemical coenzyme in oxidation-reduction systems. Together with its reduced form, NADPH, it forms an important redox cofactor pair used in biochemical and enzymatic reactions.
This product is supplied as β-NADP Monosodium Salt (Oxidized Form), CAS No. 1184-16-3. Its molecular formula is C21H27N7NaO17P3 and its molecular weight is approximately 765.4 g/mol.
The product appears as a white or pale yellow crystalline powder. The current specification includes a solubility of 200 mg/mL in water, HPLC assay of ≥95.0% and HPLC purity of ≥95.0%. Loss on drying, specific rotation and pH are also controlled according to the current in-house specification.
