sGnRH-A acetate is a salmon gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analog. sGnRH-A acetate (0.1 nM-1 μM, 24 h) dose-dependently increases GH mRNA levels and stimulates GH secretion. sGnRH-A acetate (10 nM, 6 h) induces growth hormone levels nearly 5 times higher than control group.
sGnRH-a is a synthetic decapeptide compound with significantly higher activity than natural GnRH, long half-life, and efficient and long-lasting affinity for GnRH receptors.
Application
